After a year working at Bluehost in the Sales Department I was invited by Paul Mosley (Marketing Director) to start listening and engaging with customers via Social Media. I setup tools to hone in on all of the social channels and began monitoring some of our sister brands. The objective and purpose behind SONAR was to build a team of customer service agents to engage quickly and tactfully with customers on Social Media.
